Exchange & Refund Policy
At Vinera Jewels, each piece is crafted and packed with utmost care to ensure you receive jewellery that feels as beautiful as it looks.
While all our sales are final, we understand that rare issues can occur, and we offer a fair exchange policy under specific conditions.
1. 7-Day Exchange Guarantee
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets our eligibility criteria.
Eligible reasons for exchange include:
• The item arrived damaged or defective.
• You received a wrong product or an incorrect ring size.
We do not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind, preferences, or if the product has been used, worn, or altered.
2. Unboxing Proof
To process an exchange, please share a clear unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
This helps us verify the issue and ensures a smooth exchange experience.
3. Refunds via Store Credit
• Refunds, where applicable, are issued as store credit only.
• Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used toward any future purchase at Vinera Jewels.
• We currently do not provide monetary refunds.
4. Exchange Process
1️⃣ Email us at support@vinerajewels.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2️⃣ Include your order ID, reason for exchange, and unboxing proof (video).
3️⃣ Once approved, our team will share the return address or assist with a pickup (if available in your area).
4️⃣ After inspection, your replacement or store credit will be issued.
5. Shipping & Handling
• A ₹150 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from each exchange or refund.
• For areas not covered under our reverse pickup service, you may be asked to courier the item back to us directly.
• Original shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Conditions for Exchange
• The jewellery must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging, including all tags, cards, and complimentary gifts.
• Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of processing.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and all pierced jewellery are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
This ensures that every customer receives jewellery that is new, untouched, and safe to wear.
Additionally, items purchased during sales, promotions, or using discount codes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
8. No Cancellations & Order Confirmation
Please review your order details carefully before submitting.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as we begin processing immediately to ensure timely delivery, hence, all sales are considered final.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that cancellations or changes are not possible once the order has been placed.
