Welcome to Vinera Jewels. This website is operated by Vinera Jewels (“Vinera Jewels,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services (the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, customers, merchants, suppliers, or contributors of content. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing under parental/guardian supervision.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products and services.

  • Account Responsibility: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Termination: We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice. Obligations or liabilities incurred before termination will survive.

6. Orders, Acceptance & Cancellation

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by Vinera Jewels.
  • We may cancel/refuse orders due to suspected fraud, errors, or stock unavailability.
  • In the event of a pricing or system error, we may cancel confirmed and paid orders. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • From time to time, our site may contain inaccuracies in pricing, shipping charges, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct or cancel such errors without notice.

 

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch and deliver orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to external factors (e.g., weather, logistics, strikes, political issues). We will not be liable for delays but will assist where possible.
  • Reverse Pick-Up Policy: Reverse pick-up is not typically offered. In exceptional cases where approved, it will be initiated within 2 business days of confirmation.
  • We are not responsible for products returned incorrectly or by mistake.

 

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy for detailed terms.
  • Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all tags, certificates, and any free gifts or promotional items included.
  • In line with global jewellery industry hygiene standards, earrings and pierced jewellery are strictly non-returnable. Pierced jewellery comes in direct contact with skin and bodily fluids, which poses a risk of bacterial or viral transmission if resold. By following this policy, we protect the health of our customers and guarantee that every pair is completely unworn and uncontaminated. 
  • Refunds/exchanges are subject to inspection and approval upon receipt of returned items. 
  • Return shipping costs and original shipping/COD charges are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed. 
  • If items are missing, damaged, or altered, we may deduct costs or refuse return. Proof (e.g., unboxing video/pictures) may be requested.
  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers may not be eligible for return/exchange unless defective.
  • Refunds and exchanges are subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund & Exchange Policy.

 

9. Payments & Fraud Prevention

  • Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and approved gateways (Razorpay, PayPal, etc.).
  • Vinera Jewels is not liable for fraudulent card transactions. Responsibility lies with the cardholder, and the onus to prove otherwise rests with the user.
  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method wherever possible. For COD orders, bank details may be required.

 

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The website, products, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, or non-infringement.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the site. We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, or conduct of third parties.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vinera Jewels, its officers, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data). We cannot be held responsible for any indirect losses, like missed opportunities, events, profits, or data, that may result from delays, errors, or problems with your order.
  • Our liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.


11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vinera Jewels, its employees, directors, affiliates, service providers, and licensors from claims, losses, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising out of:

  • Your misuse of the website,
  • Your violation of these Terms, or
  • Your infringement of third-party rights.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

 

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
