At Vinera Jewels, every order is packed with care and shipped from our studio. We aim to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience for all customers.

 

Processing Time

• Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation.
• For pre-orders or personalized items, please allow 2–3 business days.
• You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order ships.

 

Delivery Timeline

• Metro cities: 2–5 working days
• Non-metro / remote areas: 5–10 working days
• Delays may occur due to weather, festive seasons, or courier network issues - we’ll always keep you informed.

 

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹699.
• For orders below ₹699, a small fee of ₹50 applies.

 

Order Updates

Once dispatched, you’ll receive live tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey.
Our courier partners include leading logistics providers to ensure reliable delivery.

 

Reverse Pick-Up / Returns

We do not provide reverse pick-up by default.
However, if approved, our team will assist with the process within 2 business days.
For regions without reverse logistics, you may return via any courier service of your choice.

 

International Orders

We currently ship within India. For international shipping requests, please reach out to us directly for a quote and timeline.
